Necessary Maintenance: Replace Cisco ACE/Load Balancers with new F5 Load Balancers

Impact: ServiceLive will be un-accessible to external end-users from approx Sunday, 5/6 – 12:00AM to Sunday, 5/6 – 02:00AM (2 hr duration)
(This time is tentative, should be confirmed by EOD Friday)

High Level Plan:

• New F5 Devices will be implemented

• Network Team will test site

• Site test is successful, maintenance is complete

• Site test is unsuccessful, F5 will be removed and existing ACE devices will be re-activated
