Pending submission means when you clicked on send in the background portion you didn't check your email to begin the background application for PlusOne.

You can call 888-549-0640 for further assistance for this issue.

I submitted my background check last night and its saying Pending Submission. Did I do something wrong? I apologize for the question, but I followed the instructions to the letter.

You need to check your email and click on the link to fill out our 3rd party background check company form.

I did receive an email from PlusOne thanking me for completing their online form for background screening. Also when I try to complete the background check again I receive a message saying that I've already completed the background check.

It takes 3 to 5 days has it been longer dsomers?

No, I submitted it last night. I just found it odd that the status was shown as pending submission. I will wait and see what happens. Thanks for your help!
