Default delivery problems

Yesterday we had a cust with a gazebo to do install.we were told by cust that when he bought the gazebo sears delivery could not give him a date for his item to be delivered. He had to go pick up his gazebo himself.99% of the time our reschedule is due to the fact that delivery did not delivery the cust item as promised. My question is why is delivery being given our elliptical and exercise bike and treadmill to do if the cannot even fulfill their delivery. They want to do all the work is is messing up.Is ther any one at sears looking into this.

We currently are waiting for a swingset to be delivered. According to our order it was to be home delivered on 3/19, which did not happen. Customer had to call to find out where it was, and was told it was being shipped UPS, but had no tracking info or delivery date.

today the installer arrive at customer home, cust bought 2 items, a treadmill, and weight set.Delivery deliver the treadmill and left the weight set at the store. We hardly get treadmill install, delivery does that install too.We have to pay 13.00 toll to cross the bridge to go Staten Island, pay a worker, do you think a trip charge can compensate for my expense.

Default delivery and assembly same day ---disaster

we are getting a lot of jobs with same day delivery and install,we cannot sit and wait for delivery to deliver item, why is sears not correcting things like this.Cust supposed to receive delivery and then we go next day to do install, this help for jobs to get done in a timely manner and less frustrating for both installer and customer.

Again, this should be brought to the attention of your MM and not posted here. There are many posts about this same topic.

Here's another thread started by you about the same thing - http://community.servicelive.com/showthread.php?t=2568

This thread will be combined with above.
