Default Feature request/addition

Something that would assist all of us would be to add the Status Sub Status field in Job Done. With many people using the new SL App - once a tech has logged into the job, the order is available in the Job Done tab.

The main issue with this is that I have no idea if the job is truly complete, tech is on-site, revisit needed, etc.

Default Order Management: Job Done

Thank you for your feedback.
All of the service orders in "Job Done" will be with status as ACTIVE. Please note the sub status filter available on the top to filter orders that fall in to

Provider On-Site: Provider has checked in to job site
Job Done : Tech left site after completing the job
Revisit needed: This job requires revisit
Cancellation Request : Customer has requested a cancellation
Work Started : Tech has marked it as work started


We will also consider displaying the sub status on the page for your easier viewing.
