Default Orders scheduled after 5pm PST

Orders that we schedule after 5pm PST are gone if we use any filter for "Tomorrow". Is this because ServiceLive considers 5pm local time end of day? I would like to suggest end of day pushed out to say 7pm local time to account for customers that cannot have their installation completed before 5pm. Most orders are completed before 5pm, but there are those instances where it is not feasible.

I have a feeling this would also affect Pre-Calls as most customers do not get home until after 5pm to make contact.
