Default More Multiple emails

Anybody else having (more) problems with multiple emails? The newest one today is multiples on the "new opportunity" emails.

Most of them are coming in threes and a few are (only) doubles.

Oh Boy! The main prize must be to wear out my mouse button deleting them all.

Actually, they have stopped now....

Too bad the same isn't true for the other multiples...

We are having issues with our email vendor since last week and this is in progress of being fixed. I apologize for the inconvenience and I know it's a pain in the you know what when you receive multiple emails.

Say Frank, does the vendor get paid by the email? ServiceBench did the same thing when it first went live. They broke down the SO's into individual parts (main, haul, etc) because they got paid for each one!

That's not the case as SMS is system generated and it could be a result of "latency".

We have a contract with the vendor on a certain amount sent each month.
