Effective immediately, please use the defined phone numbers listed below to contact Sears. 800-741-8858 will be inactivated as of 09/27/13.

Being as there is no longer any Provider support available on Sundays, we will no longer be able to complete Monday installs sold Saturday or Sunday. We currently have an order that came in this morning for install tomorrow with the pickup location 70 miles from the customer. We need to have this delivered, transferred to the store or OOA added to the order, but we are unable to call in today to get this resolved before install for tomorrow. This order will be rescheduled for Tuesday.
