Default Outage Notification - 9/02/14

Attention Providers:

We will be recycling the ServiceLive servers in the next 15 to 30 minutes to clear a known issue.

We estimate the outage lasting 30 minutes.

Was there an outage today that we dont know about? See the work order below, and can anyone explain why it takes over 3 hours to create a work order?

SALES CHECK DATE 1: 2014-09-04
SALES CHECK TIME 1: 13:51:53

If rang before 3 pm cut off time, can orders sit dormant for hours/days before they are created? We have had some rang up before the 3 pm cut off time, but didnt get them sent to us until 4 AM the next morning. And then it is rang as next day install, and expected to be done the same day since it was actually rang up the day before and before 3 pm?

Not that I was aware of. I didn't see any communication about system issues.

To make things better this is an area we dropped coverage on a few months back, so it should not even be routed to us.
