We keep having trouble with the app freezing in the middle of closing it out. Its really a pain that we have close the app and turn off the phone and restart it. It happens a lot.

I think what he is trying to say is Sears stated this was mandatory to use....so where is the option??????

I know what he is conveying and if firms do not want to make an investment for smart devices they can use the platform as is.

Well that is not how it was conveyed to us from Sears.

Love the app's ability to complete the paperwork. The only thing wrong I find is that it freezes and you have to quit and restart too many times.

I want the ability as an admin to see all the jobs I have scheduled for everybody like the computer does. So if I need to change a SP to a different one I can do that.

I never said the app was not good. I actually think it is great, but the reliability is the issue.
